 Synergy Screen Printing & Embroidery was originally founded by Rick Davis who began his career in the textile screen printing industry in 1975. After 11 years of running large printing facilities in Central Ohio, Rick was picked up by Wilflex Inks in 1988. Here he troubleshot new products for the company as well as assisted an industry wide troubleshooting team and offered consulting services for the companies clients.
In 1992 he was hired on by Hanes Licensed Products to oversee the quality control of their nation wide contract screen printers for their sports licensed programs. Here he learned quality control in the garment manufacturing process as well as overseeing the quality of the finished screen printed products.
In 1998 Rick moved to Levi Strauss & Company where he monitered the quality of the companies manufactured and embellished T-shirts as well as polos which were being produced in the U.S., the Carrabian and South America.
Today Rick ensures that the same quality control that he applied in the corporate enviroment is still applied today to all the goods that pass through Synergy Screen Printing & Embroidery.
